Today i am working with alliance system and found this problem very frequently, now trying to find practical solutions for this problem......................below mentioned answer is given about problem in waters web site......................

Answer:
The Plunger Homing Over Pressure error reports an unexpected restriction in the flow path during initialization of the piston drives. The most likely items to check would be the pump's inline filter or precolumn filter.

  1. practical solution is that , i have changed column inlet tubing and now system is working with optimum pressure range................
